Back story:
Before taking my new job, I was in the early stages of launching a program called Evolve. I realized I needed to work on myself first, before I could lead others. It was like I woke up. I knew I needed to make changes, I envisioned who I would be if things changed, and then I started acting like her. I used to think that just changing your environment was the key, but after eighteen months of doing this, I realized there are 4 other core areas of focus. My program will be launching soon.
